Its road-compliant 250W Bafang rear-hub motor delivers 60Nm of torque for smooth, responsive assistance around streets, suburbs and gentle hills.

The removable 48V 15Ah battery provides up to 60km of range, while wide 26-by-3-inch street tyres offer a stable, confidence-inspiring ride. A Shimano Altus 7-speed transmission makes changing gears quick and easy, and two-piston hydraulic brakes with 160mm rotors provide reliable stopping control.

The included rear cargo rack can carry up to 25kg and is ready for compatible baskets, bags, child seats or surf racks. With an adjustable comfort seat and a maximum rider load of 120kg, the Riptide 3 makes everyday travel practical, comfortable and fun.
