Welcome to Rodi Haus!

We’re all about making it easy for you to ride, explore, and enjoy the good life. Here’s everything you need to know to keep your bike happy - and keep you rolling.

Dirodi

  • Yup - all our 250W models are fully legal in WA. No rego, no licence, no insurance needed. Just hop on and ride.

Under WA law, e-bikes are street legal if they:

    Have a 250W motor (max)

    Cut out at 25km/h

Require pedalling (aka no throttle-only starts)

And that’s exactly what we sell. So you’re good to go.

  • Depends how hard you’re pushing it - but up to 100km+ on a single charge if you treat her right (light pedalling, low assist, no hills of death). The range drops if you're full boost, full throttle, or towing 3 cases of beer.

  • About 4-6 hours. Plug it in like your phone.

  • Short answer: yes. Long answer: yes, but don’t take it swimming. Our bikes are water-resistant, not waterproof.

  • In the 250W version (the legal one), no - you’ll need to pedal to activate the motor.

On the 1000W off-road beast version… let’s just say it moves real quick. (Only legal off public roads.)

  • Most models can carry up to 150kg, including you + your groceries + your emotional baggage.

  • Yep - double bench seat, double the good times. Just make sure they hold on tight and buy you snacks.

  • Local support. Local servicing. Local humans. We’ve got your back (and your battery).

  • Flick the red battery switch to ON. Hold the Power button on the keypad until the screen lights up. Pick your Pedal Assist level (PAS 1-6) depending on how fast or chill you want to ride.

  • Plug in the original DiroDi charger. If you're charging with the battery still on the bike, make sure the red switch is OFF.

  • PAS = Pedal Assist System. It gives you motor boost while you pedal.

PAS 1 = cruisy (max range)

PAS 6 = zippy (faster but drains battery quicker).

Set it to 0 if you want to pedal manually like a regular bike. here

  • Set PAS to 1 or higher first.

Push the grey toggle IN to turn throttle “always on” (up to 6km/h for 250W bikes).

    Toggle OUT for cruise control.

Need help walking the bike? Hold the “—” button to activate walk assist.

  • Give it a quick once-over now and then

Tighten wheel nuts every 3 months

Wipe down with a damp cloth (no hosing!)

    Lube the chain after cleaning

    Store the battery between 10–25°C

Book a Rodi Haus Tech Check every 6–12 months to keep it running sweet

  • Yep - just set PAS to 0 and pedal manually. Keep in mind it’s a heavy bike.

CRUZR

  • Yep - all 250W CRUZR models are road-legal in Western Australia.
No rego. No licence. No insurance. Just hop on and ride.
WA rules say e-bikes are legal if they:

    • Have a 250W motor (max)

    • Cut out at 25 km/h

    • Require pedalling to activate the motor

  • The 250W version is capped at 25 km/h (so you stay legal).

    The 1000W off-road model? Let’s just say… it doesn’t hang around.

  • You’ll get around 60-100 km per charge, depending on terrain, assist level, and rider weight.
Cruising the coast? You’ll go all day.
Full throttle uphill? Expect a little less.

  • Around 4-6 hours from flat to full.
Plug it in like your phone - except this one actually gets you somewhere.

  • It rides like a normal bike - you’ll just be doing all the work yourself to get you to the pub.

  • 250W models = pedal-assist only (legal).
1000W models = throttle mode available

  • Absolutely.
The 250W version climbs small hills fine.
The 1000W version laughs in the face of them

  • Light rain and puddles are fine - all CRUZRs are IP65 water-resistant.
Just don’t turn it into a jet ski.

  • Most models support up to 180 kg - including you, your backpack, and your emotional baggage.

  • Yes - simply unlock it with the key.
You can charge it on or off the bike (handy for apartments or garages).

  • For all throttle, speed-limit and power-mode unlock instructions, refer to the official CRUZR manual. All manuals and tutorials are available here:

    https://cruzr.com.au/pages/manuals-tutorials

  • Do a quick bolt and brake check after your first few rides,
then every 3 months or 500 km.
Keep it clean, lubed, and tight - easy.

  • If your display flashes an error code:

    • ER3–ER6 = brake or voltage issue

    • ER8–ER15 = motor or sensor issue

    • ER21–ER36 = connection or controller issue

Start by checking cables and battery connections - or contact us if it persists.

  • Every CRUZR comes with a 24 month parts warranty (original owner only).
It covers manufacturing faults - not misuse, crashes, or wear-and-tear items (tyres, pads, bearings, etc).

    Need help? We’ve got you.
