What's Covered Under Warranty?

DiroDi offers the following manufacturer warranties:

  • Battery, motor, controller, display, and charger:

    • 12-month warranty

  • Bike Frame

    • 2-year warranty

  • Parts not covered

    • Tyres, tubes, brake pads, grips, chains, lights, and other wear-and-tear items

    • Water damage, misuse, or modifications

    • Damage from poor maintenance or accidents

    • Improper assembly – if the bike was not assembled correctly by a qualified person or according to DiroDi’s setup guide

    • Freight or transport costs, unless previously approved by DiroDi

Get in touch with us at Rodi Haus or bring your bike in for a quick assessment.

  1. We inspect & diagnose
    We'll check whether your issue is covered under DiroDi's warranty.

  2. We submit your claim
    If eligible, we’ll handle all the paperwork and photos required and lodge a formal warranty claim with DiroDi.

  3. Repairs & parts
    Once approved, we’ll complete the repairs using genuine parts—either supplied by DiroDi or sourced locally with their consent.

  4. You’re back on the road!
    Fast, local, and no need to ship your bike back to the west coast.

No worries. We offer affordable out-of-warranty servicing too - whether it’s brake tuning, battery testing, or a general bike health check.
