CRUZR

Your CRUZR comes with a 24-month warranty on all parts, to the original purchaser only, on presentation of a receipt or proof of purchase.
What CRUZR Covers
Manufacturers faults, defects and/or failures

Claims, Damages or Failure due to:
Ordinary wear and tear (you need to maintain your bike).
Damage or failure due to misuse (eg. impact, collision, wheelies or freestyle activities)
Structural damage due to misuse such as wheelies, jumps and extreme off-road activities
Bikes which have not been properly assembled (unless assembled by CRUZR staff)
Bikes which have not been properly maintained and regularly serviced
Bikes which have been crashed, neglected or subjected to improper use
Damage caused by accessories which have been improperly installed or were not intended for use on the bike
Bikes or components which have been modified from their original condition
Damage caused by misuse (eg. impact, collision or freestyle activities)
Bikes that have had components removed.
Water, natural disasters, fires, storms or floods
Damage caused by exposure to external elements, such as scratches, blemishes, rust, corrosion or similar.
Wear and Tear items eg. Tyres, Tubes, Bearings, Brake Pads, Discs, Seats, Perishables or Fluids.
Fitment, Repairs or Services undertaken by other companies
Products that were won as Prizes in exclusive competitions or giveaways
Modification, Alterations, and DIY Installation of parts or accessories on that are not supplied as original by CRUZR or where the device is altered from its original manufacturers state

Damage from accidents, misuse, abuse, or negligence
Improper assembly or lack of maintenance

Water damage from submersion or heavy rain (bikes are water-resistant, not waterproof)
Scratches or minor cosmetic marks from shipping
Any transportation, freight, or third-party labour costs
Use of the bike for commercial or rental purposes (unless stated otherwise)
Any modification to the frame, motor, wiring, or electrical system, including:
Installing an aftermarket throttle
Removing or altering the crank arm or chain
Using foot pegs instead of pedals
Bypassing brake sensors or wiring
Replacing or modifying the controller or battery
Any damage caused by alteration of the bike’s original design

FLIGHT RISK

Warranty period: 2 years from the date of purchase.
Flight Risk covers manufacturing faults, defects or failures affecting the original components of the eBike.
To make a claim, you must:
Be the original purchaser named on the receipt.
Provide proof of purchase.
Lodge the claim within the warranty period.
Warranty coverage is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

The Flight Risk warranty does not cover damage, faults or failures caused by:
Misuse, impacts, collisions, accidents or freestyle riding.
Water damage, fire, storms, floods or other natural events.
Exposure to weather, salt or other external elements causing rust, stains, blemishes or similar deterioration.
Foreign objects or debris.
Incorrect fitting, installation or assembly.
Repairs, servicing or modifications performed by an unauthorised person, unless approved by Flight Risk.
Non-original parts or accessories, DIY installations, or alterations from the bike’s original specifications.
Insufficient maintenance or failure to follow the recommended servicing schedule.
Normal wear and tear, including tyres, tubes, bearings, brake pads, brake discs, seats, fluids and other consumable items.
Damage occurring during freight or transport.
Transport, shipping or third-party service costs.
Commercial use or use outside the instructions in the owner’s manual.
Products received through competitions, giveaways or exclusive promotions.
Consequential loss or damage.

AMPD BROS

Warranty periods:
Adult Ampd Bros electric bikes: 2 years.
Kids electric bikes, including Lil Rippa and EVO Racing models: 1 year.
Electric bikes used commercially or in a hire fleet: 6 months.
Ex-demo, display or refurbished electric bikes: 6 months.
Parts, accessories and Ampd Bros trailers: 3 months, excluding wear-and-tear and consumable items.
The warranty covers manufacturing faults, defects or failures.
To make a claim, you must:
Be the original purchaser named on the receipt.
Provide proof of purchase.
Lodge the claim within the applicable warranty period.

The Ampd Bros warranty does not cover damage, faults or failures caused by:
Misuse, impacts, collisions or freestyle riding.
Water, fire, storms, floods or other natural events.

Foreign objects or debris.
Incorrect fitting, installation or assembly.
Repairs, servicing or installation performed by an unauthorised person or business, unless approved by Ampd Bros.
Freight or transport, including damage occurring while an item is being returned.
Normal wear and tear, including tyres, tubes, bearings, brake pads, brake discs, seats, fluids, perishables and other consumable items.
Insufficient servicing or failure to follow the maintenance schedule in the owner’s manual.
Modifications, alterations, non-original parts or accessories, or DIY installations that change the product from its original condition.
Packaging required to return an item for repair.
Products received as prizes through exclusive competitions or giveaways.
Unauthorised modifications or aftermarket replacements affecting components such as the battery, motor, controller, throttle, transmission, suspension or braking system may void the warranty.

Warranty periods from delivery:
Motor, controller and battery: 365 days.
Workmanship defects and operational issues: 30 days.
Parts and original Altis accessories supplied with the bike: 30 days.
The warranty applies to the original purchaser only. Proof of purchase from Altis or an authorised Altis dealer is required.

The Altis warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear, including brake components, seals, bearings, chains, suspension components, tyres, rims, grips and handlebars.
Damage caused by accidents, collisions, misuse, abuse or neglect.
Racing or competition use.
Alterations to the factory wiring.
Unauthorised modifications.
Installation or use of non-genuine Altis parts.
Damage caused by incorrect charging or discharging.
Improper handling or storage.
Unauthorised modifications, racing or competition use may void the limited warranty.

ARCTIC LEOPARD

The manufacturer’s warranty covers performance or manufacturing faults not caused by the rider, including faults affecting:
Battery.
Motor.
Controller.
Charger.
Other non-wear components of the motorcycle.
Battery coverage applies when the battery has been used, charged and stored within the conditions specified by the manufacturer. The manufacturer’s manual identifies abnormal voltage, inability to charge and qualifying loss of capacity as potentially covered battery faults.
Proof of purchase is required, and warranty support must be handled through an authorised dealer.

The Arctic Leopard warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear.
Tyres, tubes, brake pads, brake discs, chains, grips, plastics, seat covers and other consumable items.
Accidental or impact damage.
Damage caused by crashes, racing, stunts or misuse.
Cosmetic damage, including scratches, dents or paint deterioration.
Damage caused by neglect or insufficient maintenance.
Damage caused by improper operation, charging or storage.
Unauthorised repairs or modifications.
Damage associated with non-original parts or chargers.
Faults caused by using the bike outside its intended purpose or operating conditions.
Bikes purchased through unauthorised or grey-market sales channels where the purchase or serial number cannot be verified through the official dealer network.

DHZ

Standard warranty period: 6 months from the date of purchase.
All DHZ bikes are covered against genuine manufacturing or component defects arising under normal use.
If DHZ confirms a manufacturing fault, it may:
Repair the product; or
Supply a replacement for the faulty component.
The warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Customers who regularly have their bike serviced and maintained by DHZ may be considered for goodwill support for up to 12 months from purchase. This is assessed individually and is not an automatic warranty extension.

The DHZ warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear, including chains, sprockets, brake pads, tyres and plastics.
Damage caused by misuse or accidents.
Racing or jumping damage.
Water exposure or water damage.
Incorrect assembly.
Insufficient maintenance.
Modifications or unauthorised repairs.
Damage occurring after delivery.
Transport damage that is not reported immediately.
Refunds under the manufacturer’s warranty-the stated remedy is repair or replacement of the faulty component.

Warranty periods from the original purchase date:
Battery, motor, controller and frame: 12 months.
Suspension, braking components, tyres, wheels, chain, belt, brake pads and other wear items: manufacturing defects identified within 30 days only.
The warranty covers functional defects caused by manufacturing issues in materials or workmanship under normal use.
The warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Proof of purchase, the bike’s serial number and supporting photos or videos are required.
Approved warranty claims may be resolved through repair or replacement. E Ride Pro’s published policy states that approved repair-or-replacement shipping is covered.

The E Ride Pro warranty does not cover damage caused by:
Normal wear and tear.
Misuse, abuse or improper operation.
Accidents, impacts or collisions.
Racing, stunts or extreme riding.
Poor or insufficient maintenance.
Commercial or rental use.
Water damage, fire or natural disasters.
Unauthorised repairs.
Modifications or non-original parts that cause or contribute to the failure.
A claim may be refused where the modification, non-original component or incorrect installation caused or contributed to the problem
